Shipping Policy
We carefully pack and post all orders within 2–3 working days using Royal Mail or another trusted courier. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days within the UK, depending on the service selected at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
We currently deliver within the UK only.
If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll always let you know and do our best to resolve them quickly.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind. Please email katicanatualsoap@gmail.com (or via our contact page) before returning anything so we can send you the return details.
Items must be sealed and unused.
Once we receive them back, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days.
If your item is faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll replace it or refund you, and we’ll cover the postage costs for faulty items.
Because our soaps are personal care products, we can’t accept returns once the seal is broken unless the item is faulty.
